How is underwear organic?
OLO Organic cotton is grown without synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, or artificial agents.
What materials are used in the fabric of OLO Organic underwear?
Perhaps the cleanest underwear on Earth, our Ball-Natural™ organic cotton boxers are made with 100% certified organic cotton and have a wrapped waistband so you can rest assured knowing your package is in the absolute optimal environment. The natural color is undyed, and the black style is dyed with OEKO-TEX certified non-toxic dyes.
Our organic cotton boxer briefs combine GOTS certified organic cotton with only 5% BPA/PVC-free elastane and a 100% cotton package liner. So the skin of your most sensitive parts is in certified organic cotton.
Our organic cotton boxers are 100% GOTS certified organic cotton and have an exposed waistband elastic.
Why organic cotton?
Organic cotton is grown without harsh chemicals and toxins, using sustainable farming practices. It's lightweight, breathable, and comfortable. A natural, optimal home for your package.
Where are OLO Organic garments made?
Our underwear is made in GOTS Certified facilities in Turkey. Some of our limited edition styles are made in GOTS Certified facilities in India.
Why is elastane used in the Active Line?
We use the minimum amount of elastane needed to give the underwear a little stretch for maximum comfort and fit. We put a 100% organic cotton package liner on those styles so ball contact is with organic cotton at all times.
What is GOTS and why does it matter?
GOTS is the leading textile processing standard for organic fibers, ensuring ecological and social criteria are met. The GOTS agency ensures criteria are met so the entire supply chain is following organic standards.
Do you test your products?
Yes! Third-party testing is required and conducted as per GOTS standards, and we test our products regularly to maintain compliance and bring the healthiest possible garment to you.
What contamination precautions are in place?
GOTS certification minimizes chemical exposure, and we do our best to make sure there are no contaminants in the entirety of the supply chain. However, it is always possible for accidents to happen and contamination to occur outside of our control. That is why we opt for extra precautions and regular third-party testing.
What kinds of dyes are used?
Non-toxic, water-based, fiber reactive dyes adhering to GOTS and OEKO-TEX standards.
Why aren't the hats organic?
Our promotional hats are made from standard cotton. Our core focus is on organic underwear, but organic cotton hats are in the works behind the scenes. In the meantime, our main goal is to protect your reproductive parts!
Product Care
How do I care for my OLO Organic underwear?
We recommend cold washing and tumble drying on low heat.
Will my OLO Organic underwear shrink?
Minimal shrinkage (5% or less) can occur with any cotton garments. Cold wash and low heat tumble dry recommended. Size up if you are unsure about your fit!

What is the cutoff time for expedited orders?
The cutoff time for expedited orders is 1 pm EST. Orders placed after this time will go out the next business day.
How will I know when my order has shipped?

What should I know about customs duties and fees?
Shipping charges do not include taxes or duty. Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or other fees imposed by their country.

What is the return policy duration?
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
What is the Free First-Time Exchange policy?
We offer a free first-time exchange with our Fit Satisfaction Guarantee for your first order of tried-on underwear.
What is the Fit Satisfaction Guarantee?
If you're not satisfied with the fit, we offer a 30-day refund. Only open and try on one pair if you’ve ordered multiple.
Example: If you order an 8-pack, open and try on just one pair. If the fit isn’t right, return all 8 pairs for a full refund. Make sure the opened pair is easily recognized as the open one. (Processing and handling fees may apply)
Are single pair orders refundable?
We do not provide refunds for single pair orders that have been worn or washed.
Are shipping costs and fees refundable?
Shipping costs, duties, import taxes, and associated fees are non-refundable.
Can I return opened garments?
We can only accept returns of unopened garments. For hygiene reasons, opened items cannot be reused. We recommend that you only open and try on one pair if you've ordered multiple. You can return the remaining unopened pairs for a full refund!
What should I do if a pair doesn't fit?
We encourage you to donate pairs that don't fit to someone in need.
How does the 30-day refund guarantee work?

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
How are refunds processed?
After inspecting your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Processing time may vary by bank or credit card company.
