Shipping policy
SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)
Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing. Orders with express shipping must be placed before 1 PM AEST for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after this cutoff will be shipped the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped—please check your junk/spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
If you purchased shipping protection through OLO and your package is lost, damaged, missing, or stolen, please contact us at info@olounderwears.com.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For orders shipped outside Australia, the billing and shipping address must match.
International shipping is available via UPS or Global Express Mail through your national postal service. Additional verification may be required, so we cannot guarantee next business day dispatch for international orders. Please allow up to 20 business days for delivery.
Delays at customs are beyond our control. We do not accept modifications to international orders once they’ve been placed.
If your country is not listed at checkout, please email, phone, or fax your order to us. For security, we do not recommend emailing your credit card information. International shipping fees range from AUD $30–$200, depending on destination, shipping method, and package weight. If you request an exchange, you are responsible for any applicable re-shipping costs.
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES
Please note that shipping costs do not include customs duties, VAT/GST, or import fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and vary by country. We are required by Australian export law to declare the actual value of items and mark them as “merchandise.” We cannot mark orders as “gifts” or undervalue items.
Abandoned parcels due to unpaid customs or refusal to accept delivery are the customer's responsibility. For more information about duties or taxes, contact your local customs office.
