Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

If you’re not satisfied with the fit of your OLO underwear, we offer a 30-day refund guarantee. Here’s how it works:

Only open and try on one pair if you’ve ordered multiple.
Example: If you order an 8-pack, open and try on just one pair. If the fit isn’t right, Return all 8 pairs for a full refund. Make sure the opened pairs are easily recognized as the open ones. (Processing and handling fees may apply)

*We do NOT provide refunds for single pair orders that have been worn or washed.

Note: All shipping costs, duties/import taxes and any other associated fees such as exchange and transaction fees are non-refundable

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Australian Consumer Law – Returns and Cancellations

Our returns and cancellations policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). While we do not offer a general 14-day cooling-off period for change-of-mind purchases, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if your item is faulty, not as described, or does not perform as promised.

If you wish to return an item for any other reason (e.g., change of mind), please contact us within [insert timeframe, e.g., 14 days] of receiving your order. Returned items must be unworn or unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. Approval of change-of-mind returns is at our discretion and may be subject to restocking or return shipping fees.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
